Hi there! My name is Esperanza (aka Banza). I’m a self-taught part-time home baker and work full time in healthcare finance/strategy. I started baking my senior year in college as a casual fun thing to do, and overtime it became my creative outlet. I work with numbers….. lots and lots of numbers….so doing something artsy and more hands-on is a natural balance. It also helps that I LOVE treats, and can often be heard quoting research that proves there is ALWAYS room for dessert.
